Wavelength λ is given as
 
λ = 1500 × begin mathsize 14px style fraction numerator p squared over denominator p squared minus 1 end fraction end style   , where p > 1
 
Units for the constant 1500 is not known . 
 
we get maximum wavelength when p =2 , hence begin mathsize 14px style fraction numerator p squared over denominator p squared minus 1 end fraction end style = (4/3)   and  λ = 2000
Minimum wavelegth is obtained when p >> 1 , so that  begin mathsize 14px style fraction numerator p squared over denominator p squared minus 1 end fraction end style ≈ 1   and λ = 1500
