Range Re of projectile on earth is
where u is initial velocity , θ is angle of projection and g is acceleration due to gravity.
If the initial velocity and angle of projection is same, then range Rm of projectile on moon is
where gm is acceleration due to gravity on moon .
Hence ratio of range of projectile on moon to that on earth is
