The length of A and C are same. 
And we know that, for simple pendulum, 
T space equals space 2 pi square root of calligraphic l over g end root
 
Thus, time period of A and C will be same and will have same frequency. 
Thus, due to this, resonance occurs and pendulum C will vibrate with maximum amplitude.  
Option (2) is correct
