As their is a change in the X-CBSE syllabus and the sample paper as well, will the marks distribution be the same as printed in RS Aggrawal book for 2020-21 session.

Actually reference books are printed before any mid-year updates as announced due to the pandemic. You should stick to the syllabus and marking schemes as prescribed by the board. If you still have any confusion, the best thing is to get in touch with your school teacher once.
