Form a linear equation in two variables for the given situation and express it in standard form.

Let x and y be the digits at ten's and one's place respectively
So, the number is 10x+y
As per the condition,
10x+y=2(10y+x)-1
10x + y = 20y + 2x - 1
8x - 19y + 1 = 0
