Let us use the relation , v = u + ( a t ) 
 
where v = 20 m/s is final speed , u = 0 m/s is initial speed because train starts from rest , a is acceleration
and t = 5 min = 300 s is time taken to reach the final speed.
 
Hence ,   20  = a ( 300 ) 
 
Hence acceleration  a = 0.067 m/s2
