Flux Φ of electric field through a surface of closed volume is enclosed charge q divided by permittivity of enclosed space.
If the enclosed space is air or vacuum , then permittivity of enclosed space is permittivity of free space εo .
Φ = [ q / εo ] = [ ( 2 × 1.602 × 10-13 ) / ( 8.854 × 10-12 ) ] N m2 C-1 = 3.618 × 10-2 N m2 C-1
