- The given element has 21 electrons.
- Outer electronic configuration of this element would be [Ar]3d14s2
- After filling up of 4s orbital, the last electron enters in the 3d orbital.
- So this element belongs to the group just next to the s block elements, that means first group of d-block elements.
- This group is IIIB group of the periodic table.
