A long wire is bent in a circle/ loop. What will be the magnitude and direction of the field at centre O of the circular portion, if a current 'I' is passed through the wire?

Using the right hand rule, we can find that the direction of the magnetic field at the center would be in upward (+j) direction.

As we know, work done by Magnetic force is always zero in moving a charged particle./So it cannot change speed of charged particle. MY doubt is that, can magnetic force change direction of motion of charged particle?
