A block of wood is kept on a horizontal table the mass of the wooden block is 6 kg and its dimensions are 10 into 10 into 10 what is the pressure exerted by the wooden block on the table

It is assumed that dimensions of block are 10 cm × 10 cm × 10 cm
Pressure = Force / Area = ( m g ) / A
where m is mass of block, g is acceleration due to gravity and A is contact surface area .
Pressure = ( 6 × 9.8 ) / ( 0.1 × 0.1 ) = 5880 Pa
