When 495 grams of boiling water is poured in a mug which weighs 0.15kg,then the temperature of water falls to 69.5degree Celsius if the specific heat capacity of the mug is 0.8*10^3 Calculate the amount of heat lost by water?

Here it is not specified in which unit ,the specific heat capacity of the mug is 0.8*10^3 is measured.
That is vital information for any further calculations.
Otherwise:
heat lost by water=495xSw x(100-69.5)
By calculating this heat lost can be calculated.
