In Biology,
Cell is the basic structural and functional unit of all living organisms. It is the smallest part of the body of an organism, capable of independent existence and able to perform the essential functions of life.
In Physics,
Cell (electric cell) is a component/ device which provides potential difference or voltage due to which a circuit conducts electricity.
These cells when connected in series with one another forms a battery.
