why is it taken as 35*75/100+37*25/100?

isotopes are atoms of different mass number but having same atomic number , i.e. number of protons in the nucleus remain same but number of neutrons differ. In addition to many isotopes, chlorine has predominanetly two isotopes with mass number 35 and 37 . Their abundance ratio is 3 : 1. That is if randomly 100 chlorine atoms are picked , then around 75 of them is of mass number 35 and 25 of them is of mass number 37.
