What is the relation between distance and time when (i)body is moving with uniform velocity (ii)body is moving with variable velocity?

No relation can be found "Distance" and velocity.
The only possible type of relation which can exist will be:
 the sum of absolute displacements a body have (i.e disregarding the sign) in difrerent time interval.
ie adding actaully the amount a body goes forward or backward in a one dimensional motion.
