Bulb is getting heated up due to the power i2R dissipation, where i is current and R is resistance.
Hence the resitance value changes with temperature. But we may be usng the resitance value when the bulb is not consuming any current. 
Power dissipation also changes due to change in resistance.

Plssss answer..... Assertion: Magnetic field lines never intersect each other. Reason: If they intersect, then at the point of intersection, the compass needle would point towards two directions, which is not possible.
