if the electric flux through a surface is 0 does it imply that electric field is zero as well. explain ?

elactric flux= integration??=integrationE.?S    here, E is electric fld and ?S is surface area vector.
so electric flux if is 0, means electric fld must be 0. as S  ie surface area vector can not be 0.area can not be 0.
