If we say voltage at Point A is Va  
And value of all the capacitor is same for all
But voltage drop by C and C is same  so the voltage across C at its each end would be same and as we know to flow of charge to be possible across any conductor there must be a potential difference.  But in the case of C3 potential at each of its end will be same so there will not be any charge across this capacitor,  so there is no use of C3 in the circuit. 
So the C1 and C would be parallel 
So Cequivalent  = C1 + C2    = C+C = 2C
