P.E. = mgh 
m = 400 g = 0.4 kg 
g = 9.8 m/s2 
h = 4 m 
Thus, 
P.E. = 0.4 x 9.8 x 4 = 15.68 J 
Thus, the gravitationlal potential energy of a given body at height 4 m is 15.58 J
