I would recommend you to practice as many questions as you can because, that ways only you will be bale to develop an understanding of what is the shortes/quickest solution to a given problem. A number of times, a gvien problem can be solved by multiple different ways. Please try to solve it using a concept that has been defined in NCERT and you are confident about it and are most comfortable with it. Personally speaking, I like to solve maxima and minima problems using similarity if that can be applied, so it completely depends upon you.
