The height of a right circular cone is 24 cm
l2 = r2 + h2 
l2 = r2 + 576
 
begin mathsize 16px style straight l equals square root of straight r squared plus straight h squared end root equals square root of straight r squared plus 576 end root end style 
curved surface area is 550 cm square 
∏rl = 550
begin mathsize 16px style 22 over 7 straight r square root of straight r squared plus 576 end root equals 550 end style
begin mathsize 16px style straight r square root of straight r squared plus 576 end root equals 175 end style
begin mathsize 16px style straight r squared open parentheses straight r squared plus 576 close parentheses equals 30625 end style
Solving this we get r = 7 cm
Now you can find volume of a cone.
