An electric drill operates at potential difference 120 Volts and a draws current of 6.0 Amp.If takes 45 seconds  for the drill to make hole in a piece of wood, how much energy is used by the drill.?

Power = Voltage×Current = 120×6 = 720 W
energy = Power×time = 720×45 = 32400 J = 32.4 kJ
