1)Lab.preparation of ammonia using an ammonium salt :
 

2NH4Cl + Ca(OH)2  → CaCl2 + 2H2O + 2NH3

 

2)The reaction of ammonia with the excess of chlorine 
 

 NH3 + Cl2  → NCl3 + HCl

 

3) The reaction of ammonia with sulphuric acid 

 2NH3 + H2SO4  →  (NH4)2SO4

 

4) From the list of gases -ammonia, ethane, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulphide, select the gas which is used to reduce copper oxide to copper

Ammonia gas is used to reduce copper oxide to copper

  2NH3 + 3CuO  → 3Cu + 3H2O + N2↑
