Let the shortest side be x.

hypotenuse is 2x + 6, third side is 2x + 4

By the Pythagoras Theorem, (2x + 6)² = x² + (2x + 4)² x² − 8x − 20x = 10 or x = −2 … (side cannot be negative)

hypotenuse is 2x + 6

So, the hypotenuse is 26.
