UPSC announces CDS-1 2016 results

Candidates who had appeared for the Combined Defence Services-1 (CDS-1) examination in February this year will be relieved to know that the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results.

The CDS-1 exams are conducted for recruitment to the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. The exams are held twice a year.

Candidates can check their results by doing the following:

• Log on to www.upsc.gov.in
• Click on Written Result-Combined Defence Services Examination (I) 2016
• A list of the selected candidates' roll numbers will flash on the screen.

Selected candidates will soon be interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence.
