Students Felt Online JEE Mains Easier

The first online JEE Mains 2014 was held on Wednesday in various centres across the country. Students who opted for the online exam were luckier than those who attempted the offline exam. The Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics papers were comparatively simpler and straight forward.

The second online test was held on 11 April, and the forthcoming tests will be held on 12 and 19 April.

According to students, the online question papers helped them focus better because they did not have to go through the burden of shading right answers. Improper shading may also lead to negative marking.

The results of the exam will be announced on 3 May. The selected students will appear for JEE Advanced on 25 May.
