NEET Exam 2022: New Paper Pattern And Marking Scheme

New NEET 2022 Exam Pattern

According to the official NEET marking scheme 2022, the paper consists of 200 questions with a total of 720 marks.

●       The NEET 2022 question paper will contain 200 multiple-choice questions worth 4 marks each, of which only 180 must be answered.

●       The paper is divided into four different sections, with each section further divided into Sections A and B.

NEET 2022 Exam: Marking Scheme

●       The candidates must have reached the age of 17 at the time of admission or should reach that age on or before December 31st of the year of admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course.

●     The upper age limit for the NEET- Undergraduate exam is 25 years, with a 5-year relaxation for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC-NCL category and PwBD candidates.

●       Indian Citizens/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) wishing to pursue Undergraduate Medical Courses in a Foreign Medical or Dental Institute must also pass the NEET-UG exam.

●       At the counselling round, the candidate must bring their passing certificate.

●       When completing the Application Form, the medium of the Question Paper should be carefully selected. Once chosen, the option cannot be changed.

●       Candidates who choose English will be given a Test Booklet in English only. Candidates who choose Hindi or any regional language will be given a Bilingual Test Booklet in English and Hindi or the selected regional language.
