Karnataka University Announces Admission for Medical Programmes

The KLE University of Karnataka has invited students to apply for various medical programmes for 2015.

The KLE University of Karnataka has invited students to apply for various medical programmes for 2015. The programmes offered by the University are Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, Master of Pharmacy (MPharm), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) and Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the KLE Entrance Test which is scheduled for 9 May 2015.

Eligibility criteria for each programme:

MBBS/BDS/BPT Programme: Candidate must have a minimum aggregate of at least 40% marks in their Higher Secondary Certificate examination.

MDS Programme: Students must have a BDS degree from a recognised dental college. Also, they should have completed one year of internship in a teaching institution.

MPharm Programme: Candidate must have an aggregate of 50% marks in BPharm.
