why maximum height of slop is 0(means dy/dx=0

Whenever the slope of the curve is 0.
This means, derviative of the function is 0.
So, the function is a constant function.
The graph of such curve will be either parallel to x-axis or y-axis.
And so the slope attains its maximum height.
Thus, the maximum height becomes 0
