Sugar dissolves better and faster in hot waterthan in cold water.
This is because hot water has more energy than the cold water.
When water is heated, its molecules gains more energy and moves faster. While doing so, the molecules of water comes in contact with sugar particles more frequently than it does in cold water.
Thus, sugar dissolves faster in hot water.
