CBSE Class 8 Answered
why do we use concave mirrors in headlamps?
Asked by madhusrimasavarapu | 24 Jan, 2023, 05:42: PM
Concave mirrors are used in headlamps to produce concentrated beams of light. The mirror's concave shape allows it to reflect and direct light from the headlamp bulb, resulting in a strong, directed beam that can be aimed in the desired direction. This improves road visibility, making it safer for drivers to navigate at night.
