When an object is placed between pole and focus of a convex mirror, then what is the image formed?

There is error in the question . Convex mirror does not have focal point in front of reflecting side.
Focal point F of convex mirror is behind the mirror as shown in figure.
If an object is placed between pole and focal point of convex mirror , we will not get any image because the object is facing
non-reflective side of mirror.
Question should be , if object is placed anywhere between infinity and pole of the mirror , where the image is formed ?
Answer :-
As shown in above figure, if object is placed anywhere between inifinty and pole of convex mirror,
a diminished , erect and virtual image is formed behind the mirror
