what is velocity?

Velocity: It is defined as the ratio of the displacement to the time for the displacement.

Relative velocity: The velocity of a body with respect to a second body; that is, its velocity in a reference frame where the second body is fixed. 

Uniform Velocity: Velocity in which the same number of units of space are described in each successive unit of time.

Plssss answer..... Assertion: Magnetic field lines never intersect each other. Reason: If they intersect, then at the point of intersection, the compass needle would point towards two directions, which is not possible.
