Subset:
A set B is a subset of a set B, if all the elements of A are also elements of B.
 
Superset:
 
B is a superset of A, if all the elements of A are also elements of B.
 
Belongs to:
 
If something belongs to set then it means thats it is an element of that set as a whole.
 
Example:
 
A = {1, 2, 3} 
3 belongs to set A.

I am confused in a question from SETS AND RELATIONS P(A:B)={X:X∈P(A),B⊂X} In the given statement, does P(A:B) mean power set of ratio of set A and B? Please correct me if I am going wrong because I am not sure about it.
