Possibility is not a mathematical term it is just a speculation about the occurrence of an event.
Probability is the numerical measure of uncertainity associated with an event.
Probabilty of getting a head is 50% on tossing a coin so it means there are 50% chances of getting the head. Where one of possibilities in a coin toss is getting the head
