It is assumed that given values related to cross section of pipe are area of cross section.
Let v1 , v2 and v3 are velocities at cross section areas 15 , 25 and 25 sq.units .
Product of cross section area and velocity is volumetric flow rate .
Volumetric flow rate across pipe is constant .
Hence we get
