Water flows out through a circular pipe, whose internal diameter is 2 cm @ 0.7 m per second into a cylindrical tank, the radius of whose base is 40 cm. By how much will the level of water rise in an hour?
You have given answer for the above question like Paragraph. Pls give me answer either in cubic metre or cubic centimetre

the question is by how much will the level of water rise.
How can we write height in terms of cubic metres or cubic centimeters!!
Height is just one 1 dimension.
It is measured in metres or centimeters.
I am sorry I fail to understand why you are saying the answer is given as a paragraph.
Clearly the solution given, is stepwise.
