Expert Answer:

Perimeter of square = 44 cm ; if a is side of square, side a = 44/4 = 11 cm  ; area of square = 11×11 = 121 cm2
 
Perimeter of circle  = 44 cm;   if r is radius of circle, radius r = 44/(2π)  = (44  7)/(2×22) = 7 cm ;
Area of circle = πr2 = (22/7)×7×7 = 154 cm2
