Tricky but a simple question

Force experienced by us=rate of change of momentum=Δp/Δt

In both the cases change of momentum is same.But when we jump on sand time taken for tthis change of momentum is more reducing the force while for a concrete road the time is very very less causing a large value of force experienced by the person.
