The sum of the two digits of a two- digits number is 7.If the digits are reversed, the new number increased  3 equals 4 times the original number . Find the original number.

let the number be 10x + y
x+y =7.......(1)
reverse number 10y + x
10 y + x + 3 = 4 (10x + y)
 
39x-6y=3......(2)
 
(1)×6 + (2) gives
x=1
and y = 6
so number is 16
