Let the digit at unit's place = x and
the digit at ten's place       = y
Two digit number = 10y + x

According to the first condition,
x + y = 11   ....(i)

According to the second condition,
10(y + 5) + (x - 5) = 10x + y
after solving, we get
x - y = 5     ....(ii)

Solve equation (i) and (ii), simultaneously, we get

x = 8 and y = 3
Therefore the original number is 10y + x = 38
