The sum of digits of a two digit number is 11.If the digit at ten's place is increased by 5 and the digit at unit's placeis decreased by 5,the digits of the number are found to be reversed.find the original number

Let the digit at unit's place = x and
the digit at ten's place = y
Two digit number = 10y + x
According to the first condition,
x + y = 11 ....(i)
According to the second condition,
10(y + 5) + (x - 5) = 10x + y
after solving, we get
x - y = 5 ....(ii)
Solve equation (i) and (ii), simultaneously, we get
x = 8 and y = 3
Therefore the original number is 10y + x = 38
