The sides of the triangle is 7cm 24cm and 25cm.find the length of perpendicular from the opposite vertex to the side whose length is 25cm.

Area of the triangle =

, where s = semi-perimeter = (a+b+c)/2 and a,b and c are sides of triangle
Area of triangle = 
if we take 25 cm side as base of triangle, altitude drawn from the vertex opposite to 25 cm is h,
then we have (1/2)×25×h = 84 ..............(1)
from eqn.(1), we get h = 6.72 cm
