Polynomial having zeroes as -3 and 5 is given by
k (x -(- 3))(x - 5)
=k (x + 3)(x - 5)
= k (x² - 2x - 15)
k (x -(- 3))(x - 5)
=k (x + 3)(x - 5)
= k (x² - 2x - 15)
k can take infinite values, hence there will be infinite number of polynomials.
