Centre of a circle is a mid - point of a diameter.
 
Let the coordinate of a point A be (x, y).
begin mathsize 16px style rightwards double arrow fraction numerator straight x space plus space 1 over denominator 2 end fraction equals space 2 space and space fraction numerator straight y space plus space 4 over denominator 2 end fraction space equals space 3 rightwards double arrow straight x plus space 1 space equals space 4 space and space straight y space plus space 4 space equals space 6 rightwards double arrow straight x space equals space 3 space and space straight y space equals space 2 end style
 
Therefore, the coordinate of a point A is (3, 2).
