The line intersects y-axis at P and x-axis at Q
Therefore, P(0, a) and Q(b, 0)
(2, -5) is the mid-point of PQ
Therefore, we have
(0+b)/2 = 2 and (a+0)/2 = -5
b=4 and a=-10
