no. of water molecules = no.of (+ve ...or..-ve ) charges...............each charge posses 1.6* 10^-19 C........find THE AMOUND OF CHARGE PRESENT IN 100g water molecule ..........then  apply coloumb's law.......... for the force between teo charged particles.
