In the first row, 3n - 2 = 1
i.e. 3n = 3
i.e. n = 1
In the second row, 3n - 2 = 10
i.e. 3n = 12
i.e. n =4

In the third row, n = 10
Therefore, 3n - 2 = 3x10 - 2 = 28

In the fourth row, n = 70
Therefore, 3n - 2 = 3x70 - 2 = 210 - 2 = 208

So, the table is as follows:
left enclose bottom enclose space space n space space space space space left enclose 3 n minus 2 end enclose end enclose
space space 1 space space space space space left enclose 1
space space 4 space space space space space left enclose 10
space 10 space space space space left enclose 28
bottom enclose space 70 space space space space left enclose 208 space space space space end enclose end enclose
