Find the missing number x in the third circle.

In the first circle, we have
6 x 2 + 1 = 13,
13 x 2 + 1 = 27.
In the second circle, we have
7 x 2 + 1 = 15,
15 x 2 + 1 = 31.
Therefore, in third circle, we must have
8 x 2 + 1 = 17,
17 x 2 + 1 = 35.
Hence, the value of x is 35.

In the second circle, we have
7 x 2 + 1 = 15,
15 x 2 + 1 = 31.
Therefore, in third circle, we must have
8 x 2 + 1 = 17,
17 x 2 + 1 = 35.
Hence, the value of x is 35.
