As from newton law of cooking (T1-T2)/time= k((T1+T2)/2 -Tsu)
Now put the value of temperature and time for first case
(75-70)/t1 =k ((75+70)/2 -Tsu)
For 2nd case
(70-65)/t2= k((70+65)/2- Tsu)
For 3rd case
(65-60)/t3=k((65+60)/2 -Tsu)
 If u divide all the equation you can get idea
t1<t2<t3.
