Expert Answer
If the electric field is in the plane of coil the it's value would be E= a/2r×(dB/dt)
Any charge placed in this reason will move perpendicular to magnetic field in a circular orbit.
It's can be find as ∫E.dl = dΦ/dt
E.2pi×r =pi×a^2× dB/dt (as Φ=BA).
