Average speed = total distance / total time
a) A to B : average speed = 300/150 = 2m/s { 2min 30 sec = 150sec}
b) A to C : average speed = (300+100)/(150+60) = 400/210 = 1.90m/s
Average velocity= total displacements / total time
a) A to B : average velocity = 2m/s (same as earlier)
b) A to B : average velocity = (300-100)/(150+60) = 0.952m/s
